If you want to have a day off or wish to know more about local culture you can arrive one or 2 days prior to the retreat.

During the retreat we might take you to a jungle hike or visit of a beach for few hours (subject to our schedule and weather conditions).

As you can see there is some free time for you to book an extra activity.

The retreat focuses on the healing and emotional work.

The suggested schedule by the host (subject to changes) must be respected, in general in every retreat we are able to cover all workshops and included activities, the given free time can be used for booking extra non included activities and other things like shopping or getting a treatment.

Program

 

Please note:

Check-in is 3 pm, and Check-out on the final day is 3 pm. If you arrived one day earlier, you can join us for a morning yoga at 11 am, with a little  brunch. We will have lunch at noon (or 2 / 3 pm ) and checking in the accommodation is officially at 3pm, but sometimes the venue let us in before 3 pm (around noon or 2pm)

 

Every day, we will start with a relaxing or empowering morning yoga.

Other mornings we might also do a healing breath work or pranayamas.

Then we will have breakfast and get ready for the day, whereas we have a free day or we will have a programmed workshop.

Manifestation, energy activation, EFT tapping healing session, optional clay and ceramics craft, watercolors art healing.

Some theory lecture, philosophy of yoga, or circle of speech healing session.

*During the free time you can plan ahead optional activities such as: diving (ask about getting your PADI certificate training for open water), you can also horse ride or visit a rescued horses nursery, getting a massage, surf class (2 hours) or a sunrise kayak to the mangroves.*

Later in the day, we will have lunch and continue our activities, whether it is a yoga session, free time, or a fun sunset party, instinctive dance, inner work, share a cacao ceremony.

Some days, we also have yoga in the evening before dinner, or after dinner depending on the schedule we will make manifestation rituals, yoga nidra, affirmations, or meditation.

Every day, the program is different, but we will be doing yoga, pranayama, and meditation every day at least once time per day.

Arrival from Cancun or Tulum :
From Cancun take the ADO bus (be careful of fake sellers are normal taxis telling you they are ADO) go to the shop right after the airport exits that says "ADO" usually in red, the ticket price to PLAYA DEL CARMEN, the regular price is around 250 pesos per person. Once you arrive to Playa del Carmen go to the Ferries terminal, buy one way ticket (I suggest not to buy the round ticket)

  • It is the only time available time for you to vacation

  • You don't want to open your mind to learn new things

  • You don't want to do emotional healing work with a group (shadow work circles can be very difficult to some but cathartic and reflective to others)

  • You want to be outside all the time (in nature or exploring downtown) and can't find the concentration to follow a lecture

  • You have a hard time getting frustrated by things not being the way you expected

  • You absolutely want to have the control over the schedule

  • If it's hard for you to flow and adapt to changed and unexpected circumstances or weather conditions that may affect the scheduled activities

  • If you need to eat a big meal every 2 or 3 hours and can't adapt to some changes in the meal times (due to an activity that can take longer than expected) that being said you are always welcome to bring your snacks with you and eat whenever you need

  • If you are too afraid to travel alone or think Mexico is too dangerous (Cozumel is pretty safe)

 

This retreat will be better for you if :

  • You have practiced yoga before

  • You have followed psychology therapy or you have done real emotional work

  • If you are curious and open to trust the process and let the leader of the retreat to adapt the schedule on its best way

  • You appreciate Mexican culture but you have been here before

  • If you have flexibility with healthy food or food not being the way you expected or as it is at home

  • You speak a bit of Spanish or you know how to use a translator

 

We will be staying at one of the most prestigious luxury locations in Cozumel, a waterfront luxury condo with pool and ocean views & access.

This condo is the only authorized construction on a natural protected National Park area: Chankanaab coral reefs park.
