TAPPING
EFT

What is "Tapping"?
Commonly known as "tapping," EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Techniques.
It's a very easy tool to use in times of:
- Anxiety attacks
- Chronic stress
- When faced with frightening situations
- When feeling sad, unmotivated, or overwhelmed
This technique was developed in the 1970s in the United States by a clinical psychologist. It is related to Chinese medicine and acupuncture points (meridians: points on the main pathways of vital energy).
How does it work?
It is applied automatically and instantly by pressing certain parts of the body.
With the help of our fingers.
By stimulating the body's meridians, the energy and information centers are activated.
Certain phrases are repeated (aloud or mentally) that directly influence the conscious and subconscious.
An alchemy occurs between the bodily stimulation and the information spoken aloud or mentally.
The information (unconscious programming) of the subconscious is modified, allowing stress levels to decrease significantly. Anxiety is released until you feel physically and mentally relaxed.
