Note : your booking is a room not a whole apartment. So either you book a single, a double or quadruple room you only book a room, the other parts (like the kitchen, terrace, living room) are shared with the rest of the retreat participants and other users of the condo.

Double room 7 Day Luxury Retreat: Energy Healing & Yoga in Cozumel
1. Deposit and Confirmation
To secure your spot, a deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking. The booking is only considered confirmed once the deposit has been received and the official confirmation email has been sent.
2. Strict Cancellation Policy
Following industry standards for high-demand retreats:
- Cancellation more than 60 days in advance: 100% refund of the deposit.
- Between 30 and 59 days before the start: 50% refund of the deposit.
- Less than 30 days before the start: The deposit is non-refundable.
- Remaining balance: Must be paid at least 30 days before the retreat.
- If you cancel after this date, the total payment is non-refundable.
3. Cancellation by the Organize
If we are forced to cancel the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, health issues, or insufficient participants), you will be offered a 100% refund or the option to transfer your credit to a future date.
We are not responsible for external expenses such as flights or travel insurance.
4. Responsibility and Health
It is the participant's responsibility to inform us of any medical conditions or special dietary requirements before arrival.By booking, you agree that you participate at your own risk and release the organizer from any liability for injuries or loss of personal belongings.
5. Travel Insurance (Recommended)
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers personal cancellations, as our refund policy is strict to ensure the event's viability.
